Community Outreach Program
The Community Outreach Program is only available to School Board Employees, First Responders, Sheriff Department Employees, Department of Corrections Employees, Health Care Workers, and Social Security Recipients who have not been a recipient of previous outreach programs, with the exception of Social Security Recipients. If you are a Social Security Recipients living in the same household, each Social Security Recipient is eligible, otherwise a maximum of $400 per household will be awarded while funds last or until December 30, 2020. Submittal of application is NOT a guarantee that funds will be awarded. Award is dependent upon funding from the State of Florida. IF such funds are received, payment will be issued to approved applicants within 60 days of said funds being received from the State of Florida.
Residential Assistance
Assistance is available to Baker County residents that have been affected by COVID-19 for rental, mortgage, utility and childcare expenses. Applications are accepted by appointment only. Small Business & Non-Profit Assistance
Assistance is available for those that have been affected by COVID-19. Applications are accepted through the Baker County Chamber of Commerce. Please contact the Chamber at 904.259.6433 or bjenks@bakerchamberfl.com or hsands@bakerchamberfl.com PLEASE NOTE: Businesses/Non-Profits are not required to be a member of the Chamber of Commerce to receive assistance.
